the detached house ( approx. 40 square metre ) for 2 persons with southly sunny terrace to the lake consists of:

1 twin-bedded room, 1 living- and dining room and a large window to the Lago Maggiore and kitchen. From the hall you can attain a shower-room with WC. The house is surrounded by a garden in slope situation. 

All commonly used household-utensiles are present. Satellite-TV is existing. A parking place is next to the house.
