° Appartement 1 for 2-5 persons with large sunny south-terrace to the lake consists of: 1 three-bedded room, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 living- and dining-room with a large window to the Lago Maggiore, kitchen, bathroom, WC. From the hall you can attain a small room in the basement with a washing-machine.

° Appartement 2 for 2 persons also with sunny smaller south-terrace to the lake consists of: 1 living- and dining-room with cooking-niche and a large window to the Lago Maggiore. From the small hall you can attain a twin-bedded room and a shower-bathroom with WC. Next to the terrace there is the garden.

Both appartements are equiped with colour-TV and mini-stereo-set. Besides, all commonly used household-utensiles there is a dish-washing-machine and a washing-machine in every appartement. The house has an oil-heating. The furniture is mostly white. Next to the house there are two parking places.
